Air Purifier Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. This air purifier is covered under a 12-month onsite warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty includes:
  1. 1.Machine body
  2. 2.Motor
  3. 3.Electronic components

Exclusions: The following components are not covered under this warranty:
  • 1.HEPA Air Filters
  • 2.Activated Carbon Filters
  • 3.UV-Light Modules

Above parts are classified as consumables and have a limited lifespan that varies based on environmental conditions and usage patterns. Regular replacement of these filters is essential for optimal performance and is the responsibility of the user.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
  • 1.The warranty is valid only with a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • 2.Onsite support will be provided within serviceable areas .

This warranty does not cover:
  1. 1.Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time eg fan blades.
  2. 2.Accidental damage or defect
  3. 3.Damage caused by not abiding by the recommended appliance maintenance.
  4. 4.Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
  5. 5.Failures caused by circumstances outside of Breathify’s control.
  6. 6.Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the machine.
  7. 7.Opening the Breathify machine or tampering with the product stickers and warranty sticker.
  8. 8.Use of the machine which is not in accordance with the user manual.
  9. 9.Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Breathify or its authorised agents.

The repair of parts will be free under the warranty period. The whole machine may be replaced free of charge if the condition conforms to our 7 days replacement policy.

If a part is no longer available, Breathify will replace it with the updated version of it.

For the product to be eligible under warranty, the product’s back label should be in good condition with the serial number visible, invoice should be present and original packaging should be present for reverse shipment.

Terms and conditions of Warranty

The terms and conditions of a CleanWayu warranty are:
  1. 1.The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).
  2. 2.You must provide proof of delivery / purchase before any work can be carried out on your machine under the warranty. Please note that without this proof any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your purchase receipt or delivery note.
  3. 3.All work will be carried out by CleanWayu or its authorised agents.
  4. 4.Any parts which are replaced will become the property of CleanWayu.
  5. 5.The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty cannot be extended beyond the period of warranty unless you purchase an extended warranty.
